We collect only the minimal data strictly necessary to provide and operate the game:

Google Account Information (Optional): If you choose to sign in with Google,
we receive basic account profile information provided by Google Identity Services. We store your
unique Google user identifier (Subject ID) to associate and restore your saved game progress across
devices, and your email address as verified by Google.

Gameplay and Progression Data: Level, experience points (XP), racket attributes,
unlocked/equipped racket skins, match count, win/loss records, and in-game coin balance.

Usage Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how the game is played (for
example which modes are used, how matches end and whether the tutorial is completed). It records
pseudonymous usage events and device information; we do not send your nickname, email address or
account identifier to Google Analytics, and advertising features are turned off.

Technical Connection Data: Temporary IP addresses and basic network parameters
strictly used for rate limiting, server-side abuse prevention, and establishing peer-to-peer (WebRTC)
match sessions with opponents.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To save, maintain, and synchronize your player profile, progress, and customization items across devices.
- To facilitate online matchmaking, room lobbies, and multiplayer peer-to-peer matches.
- To prevent cheating, spam, and abuse within game chat and lobbies.

updates. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to such an email or contacting us below.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use your information
for behavioral advertising or share your email address with third parties.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Threepon's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy
, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account data and synced progression are securely stored using Cloudflare infrastructure (Cloudflare D1
and Cloudflare Workers). Online match gameplay runs directly peer-to-peer between participants using
encrypted WebRTC DataChannels.
5. Data Retention and Deletion Rights
We retain account and progression data, including the email address of Google sign-ins, for as long as
your account is active. If you wish to stop receiving emails, delete your account, unlink your Google
identity, or request full deletion of all associated data, you can contact us at any time. We will
permanently erase your stored player record and email address within 30 days of request.
